This page states the \u201cEconomonitor.com Terms of Use\u201d governing access to and use of EconoMonitor.com, an online service allowing you to discuss ideas on global macroeconomics and geostrategic information. EconoMonitor.com is owned and operated by Roubini Global Economics, LLC (\u201cRGE\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d). These Terms of Use include the <\/strong>RGE Privacy Policy<\/strong> and the <\/strong>RGE Terms of Use<\/strong>, each of which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference, as well as certain terms that are different from or in addition to the RGE Terms of Use and RGE Privacy Policy. By using Economonitor.com, You are indicating your agreement to these Terms of Use, including the RGE Terms of Use and RGE Privacy Policy (except where these Terms of Use differ).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.  The Economonitor Service<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Economonitor.com service makes available weblogs and discussion reflecting the opinions of various authors concerning financial, economic and other matters.  Statements on this site do not necessarily represent the views or policies of RGE, or of anyone other than the author and\/or contributors. The information on this site is provided for discussion purposes only, and is not an investing recommendation. Economonitor.com and RGE are unaffiliated with any NASD broker\/dealer.  Under no circumstances does this information represent a recommendation to buy or sell securities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.  Separation from Roubini Global Economics<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Except as set forth in these Terms of Use, Economonitor.com is a RGE Service for the purposes of the RGE Terms of Use and RGE Privacy Policy.  However:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Economonitor.com is an RGE Service, but is separate from the RGE Services provided to paying subscribers, including subscribing organizations.  Economonitor.com is provided only to individuals as individuals, regardless of their institutional or organizational affiliation.  Site License Agreements do not cover the use of Economonitor.com.  Your rights and obligations with respect to Economonitor.com are governed exclusively by these Terms of Use whether or not you are affiliated with an organization which has entered into a Site License Agreement with RGE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Your RGE Account is not associated with Economonitor.com. If you wish to comment on any post at Economonitor.com, you must create an account specifically for Economonitor.com using the IntenseDebate commenting system, and that account will be treated as an \u201cAccount\u201d under the RGE Terms of Use except as stated in these Terms of Use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.  Registering for an Economonitor.com Account<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If RGE promulgates a formal comment policy for Economonitor.com, your comments must also comply with that policy. 5. Changes to Terms of Use<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

RGE reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these Terms of USE at any time. Any modifications to these Terms of Use will be effective as to you upon RGE posting the new terms and\/or upon implementation of the new changes on Economonitor.com.
