One column I would not want anyone to read…

… at least at Hurriyet Daily News. As I noted yesterday, when I posted this week’s Hurriyet column, the intro. of the column went missing at the HDN web site because of technical problems. That added further injury since the column had already been shortened by the print-copy editors, and the 3700-character column ended up with 3000. So when I saw that my column was not on the Daily News front page on Monday (there are only four spots for a dozen or so op-eds), I was actually pleased: I was hoping that not many people would bother to go to the oped page and actually read the column. Man, I was mistaken, as I ended up with another solid performance despite not being on the Daily News main page:

So for the first time, I am not too happy about making it to the top 10:)…
