Thomas L. Fraser is an attorney in New York City. His practice focuses on working with financial institutions, investment management firms, regulatory agencies and related organizations on strategic matters relating to financial markets regulation and complex project management. His policy work includes advising senior regulatory officials in the United States, the United Kingdom, China, Japan, Chile and other countries on matters relating to financial markets regulation, systemic risk and investment management. Prior to starting his specialized law practice, he was affiliated with Brown & Wood LLP and Kirkpatrick & Lockhart LLP. He is a graduate of Hastings College and the Columbia University School of Law.
