Orlando J. Ferreres

Mr. Ferreres is the founder and current President of OJF, a company focused in macroeconomic advisory, corporate finance and investment banking services with more than fifteen years of experience in Argentina. OJF provides macroeconomic advice to the firms whose total incomes represent 28% of Argentina’s GDP. In the field of Mergers & Acquisitions, OJF was in charge of transactions involving more than USD 1,000 million. Moreover, it acts as trustee of many trust funds involving the construction of buildings.

Mr. Ferreres is well respected in the business community and is an expert in economic and financial issues.

In 1989, Mr. Ferreres took office as Vice Minister of Economy of Argentina. His main task was the outline of the government’s strategic plan that encouraged structural changes in the Argentine economy.

Until 1989, he acted as Financial Economic Director of Bunge & Born Group. He was responsible for the financial supervision of Molinos, Grafa, Alba, Compañía Química, Atanor, Centenera and other companies of the Group.

Orlando Ferreres holds a degree in economics at Buenos Aires University, and attended the Advanced Management Program of Harvard Business School. He is a Ph.D. candidate in Economics at Universidad Católica Argentina.
