Follow the money – mike mann (guess reference should be Dr. Michael E Mann, tough for me to address a con man that way) brought in 6 million dollars of grant money to Penn State in the 13 years he was there, 2 million of the 6 in the last 2 years.How much grant money would of he brought in if he was a skeptic?????!!!!Cap and trade is all about trying to create wealth or a commodity out of nothing.

Great chart! My conclusion: There is no clear winner: Based on the information in the chart one cannot conclude one way or another: i.e., that CO2 is definitely causing global warming or that it definitely is.
